He then anchored and produced several game shows for Doordarshan & All India Radio. A short stint in advertising where he worked on several blue-chips like Unilever, Philips and Intel saw him be the youngest VP in Indian advertising at age 26. In a journalistic career spanning more than a decade covering media and entertainment for Times of India (world’s largest selling English newspaper), Pankaj Kapoor is best known for making business of entertainment a part of mainstream broadsheet news machinery.
At Medient Pankaj is responsible for media relations, internal communication, events programme and digital media. He also oversees the Farm, the writer’s collective and convenes the marketing and green light committee.
Eldest son of the director Douglas Hickox and Academy Award winning editor Anne V. Coates, Anthony is one of the premiere horror writer/directors of British film industry and man behind films like Waxwork 1 and 2 , Sundown, Children of the Corn: Urban Harvest, Warlock: Armagedon and Hellraiser: hell on earth, which was Dimensions first picture).
Equally at ease in the action genre, Anthony directed Steven Seagal in Submerged' and Eddie Griffin in Blast!, both were Blockbuster premiers and made over $15 million a piece on US DVD alone.
At medient, Anthony is responsible for developing h.a.t - a slate of horror- action-thriller films a genre label of medient.
Shilpa Sharma is an engineer by training and has over 10 years of experience in marketing and production. She joined medient in 2006 as an assistant Line Producer and has worked on all of the films produced since. She is an expert in tax credit structures globally and has end to end knowledge of the production process. As President - Production she has specific responsibility of managing co-productions and vendor management.
Dinesh is one of the founders of medient. Prior to joining medient Dinesh ran an extremely successful advertising and public relations company called Renfrew. He has also worked for several years in Farsight Media, a company founded by KP Kumaran. At medient Dinesh oversees the entire spectrum of the back end operations including vendor management and process control.
Former Joint Director of the European School of Young Performers (ESYP). Marcus trained at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art and the Drama Centre London and has appeared in a wide variety of theatre, television and film productions including The Lost Prince, Hustle, Stage Beauty, Notes on a Scandal. Stage productions including Mephisto, The Elephant Man, and The Winslow Boy. With his writing partner Alex Winehouse he has written several works for the stage and screen including Crime and Punishment, The Maelstrom of Victor Frankenstein and Who Stole Santa. Whilst programming theatre and producing live Arts festivals for the Merton Abbey Mills, including the Dark Mills Festival, Marcus adapted the Jedi School for live performance in the Chamber at County Hall under official license from Lucasfilm at the Star Wars exhibition. Marcus continued at County Hall to help curate parts of The London Film Museum and has programmed several live shows and talks there including Factory Theatre's Hamlet, Comedy Club and The Roundhouse.
